This policy explains, in plain English, what Crown Lighting LLC ("Crown Lighting," "we," "us") does with your information when you visit thecrownlighting.com, request a quote, or text or call us. We're a small local business in Lincoln, Nebraska serving Lincoln, Omaha and surrounding areas.

- Through our quote form: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
- Through texts and calls: your phone number and the content of your messages to us.
- Automatically, when you visit the site: basic technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and the ad and analytics tools described below.
How we use it
We use the information you give us only to contact you about your quote: to call, text or email you, schedule your free design consultation, and provide the service if you hire us. We use the automatically collected information to understand how the site is performing and to measure and improve our advertising.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify, which receives and stores quote form submissions), our email provider, and the analytics and advertising tools below.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics. These tools tell us how many people visit, which ads bring people to us, and whether a visit leads to a quote request. We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle your quote and service, and as required for our business records.
Deleting or accessing your information
You can ask us to delete the information we have about you, or to tell you what we have, by emailing crown@thecrownlighting.com. We'll take care of it as soon as we can.
Children
Our site and services are meant for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
